I enter my registered email and password and cannot login at all:
The first thing to try is check you have your email address and password correct by attempting to log into the Loopmasters.com or Loopcloud.com websites with the same credentials.
If you have confirmed your email address and password are correct and still cannot log in:
Run our network diagnostics tool, which can be found HERE. Include a screenshot of the results with your mail to Support.
Find your app.log file and send it to Support HERE. You can get your app.log file by browsing to %APPDATA%\Loopcloud
Mac OSX Users:
Find your app.log file (go to Finder, choose Go To Folder, enter ~/Library/Loopcloud in the dialog and press Enter) and send it to Support HERE.
